Are you part of HM Land Registry?

No. uklandregistry.co.uk is an independent commercial service. We obtain documents from publicly available sources and resell them for your convenience.

How quickly will I receive my documents?

Most orders placed during UK working hours are delivered by email the same working day. Fast-track options are available at checkout.

What if you can't find the property?

If the property is not registered or we cannot locate it, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Can I receive paper copies by post?

Yes. Paper copies can be added at the order stage for an additional fee and are dispatched by Royal Mail.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.
